The bathroom definitely needs updating- dirty with peeling paint and the toilet would not flush on our last morning. Not much fun. "Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover."

"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"Parking is really poor, everyone was double parking on grass and in the disabled spaces as there is not enough space for guests to park. We had to park a 5min walk away in a public car park and walk back in the dark which wasn't a nice start. The corridors and decor in the room was a bit tired.
