"Clean room, such a beautiful hotel. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, the only problem we encountered was that our shower drain would not drain. "

"We arrived for a 1 night stay. Booked a King bed with pull-out sofa bed. We were in town for a large concert. Front staff told me our room was unavailable and blamed Expedia for overbooking the property. Due to the event, we were already being price gauged and we knew it but options were scarce. After some additional talking with management, they decided they would provide us with a rollaway bed in a king size room. The property itself was clean and quiet,however, we weren't contacted ahead of driving 10 hours away that this was the situation. It was apparent that management really didn't care because they knew most guests were at the mercy of the limited hotel accommodations. First time in New Mexico and certainly didn't leave a positive impression. "

"The room was good, wish they had a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Everything was clean and organized though. Didn’t get to check in after one hour of original check in, can’t believe they only had one maid for their busiest weekend hence the late check in because they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was good but they ran out of waffle mix, sad."

"Very dirty. Seems more like a halfway house than a hotel. The tub had bugs and no tv. Never again. "

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom tub was gross! There was black mold in the drain and the tub looked grimy. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. Parking was good. We love the location, the quaint Spanish style decor in the lobby. There's a nice indoor pool and beautiful sitting area in the courtyard. I used to use the workout room that is.no.longer there! There used to be cute shops in the lobby, all are gone now."
