"Noisy"

"Breakfast was almost inedible. The eggs were really watery and gross. Area was dirty. The options were so limited compared to other like properties. Staff super friendly! Unfortunately the rooms were very loud. There was a dance team in the hotel. Would have been nice if at check in we were told and offered a room away from the teams. "

"Area seemed safe. Near various types of shopping areas (clothing, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. near hotel. Parking areas were sufficiently lit. Hotel was quiet with minimal traffic. "

"Clean room felt very secure. Parking was convenient staff was helpful providing extra l parking for my plus 1. Enjoyed my stay would come back when visiting again. "

"Parking was safe and free. We had a dog next door that barked constantly. We complained and was told that dogs had free reign of the hotel. I will not stay here again. Our comforter was not clean as it smelled like arm pit. When we walk in the room smells like ladies perfume. "

"Room was clean but advertised as a hotel, is a motel. Outdoor hallways were stained and smelled bad. The breakfast team did not seem at all happy with their work. They closed down breakfast items early, we we asked for help they were frustrated with us. When other patrons asked for help she slammed equipment in frustration. The front desk staff member who was older at 3pm was rude during check in. Overall I did not enjoy my stay overall and will not be returning under any circumstance."

"Entire premises was extremely clean : lobby, hallways, bathroom, shower, toilet, closets, bedding, floor, countertops, towels, couch, lounge. Plenty of towels/washclothes. Electronics worked properly. Only small issue was water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as I'd have liked. "

"The building is falling apart and carpets are literally pulling up…I almost tripped numerous times in the hallways over rolls of lifted carpet that is a major risk. There is no pool…in fact I had a terrible view of a broken down pool that was dirty and empty…disgusting…evidently there is no plan on having a pool built for guest use and the pool I had to stare at is part of a seperate health club that used to be included in the stay. "The room had a musty odor, repairs needed to lock on sliding door. Bathroom didnt have a fan, bathtub needs refinishing refrigerator froze our food. Parking is convenient, no breakfast offered but IHOP is attached to the motel Very little interaction with the staff. I would not recommend this facility. It is old and needs updating."

"My bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and the mattress sagged. Other than that everything was fine."

"TBH I didn’t even stay in the room. Looks real nice from the pictures but as soon as I walked in, I walked right back out. The chair that was in the room was all stained up looked like there was mold behind the toilet, top blanket on the bed did not look all that clean. One of the countertops look stain with makeup or something red. wasn’t what I was expecting. I just took the L and went with a different hotel."

"Front desk and staff were very pleasant, medical building near by for my appointment. Clean room, up too late to have hotel breakfast. Plenty of shopping nearby. Will register again for next stay-thank ya "

"Terrible they never cleaned my room and I have to go and ask for clean towels myself everyday also pools are not available. I ask for a refund on the second day and they said no refund after check in. Terrible breakfast too."

"I recommend this place to anyone looking to visit New Orleans. It’s only 15 minutes away and with the money. Great staff, parking and rooms. Next time I’m in New Orleans I will stay with there again. "

"I had everything i needed while i was staying. Breakfast was good. I was still close to all shopping and certain food places. I was still able to get to New Orleans within 15 minutes for all my late night fun. I loved it. "
