I informed one of the stuff that everything has been packed and ready to move since I was going somewhere during the day I came back at night and my stuff has not been moved when I went to the desk. I was told that nobody informed them that my luggage are all packed . So the message wasn’t relayed."

"This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

"Nice hote,but the stairs from the road is to steep to get to office which is on the ground floor and your room is up above the offices area. Not handicap accessible no elvators if you're elderly or have trouble moving around. If you're in shape this a a good hotel to get you stair climb on. "
