Arrived at 5 am on March 12th 2026, check in time was at 2 pm, but they allowed a early check in for a fee of 1000 pesos, this is acceptable.
Fast forward it's now 3 pm, and my room isn't available, as they overbooked my room out.
It's now 5 pm ish, and a room opens, but it's not my booked room, I was told come down in the morning of the 13th and we will get you situated into your original room, I load my stuff up, travel down in the morning, and my room STILL isn't available, so they say ok good news, you can stay in the current room for the remainder of your stay at no additional cost.
Fast forward maybe 4 hours, knock on my door, you have 5 minutes to clear out of the room, a smaller room just became available.
The room had a kettle in it, but a American power socket.. so I had to buy my own power adapter. So I could at least have hot water.
Probably will pick a different hotel for my next stay
