We upgraded to the Volcano Bay view room but we were disappointed we got a view of the dumpsters with Volcano Bay in the background. I was hoping for a better view for paying over $350-$375 a night. Food was good but no sit down place with wait service so can be a little chaotic. "

Nice pool but a ton of kids so if you don't want to be around tons of kids in the lobby, pool, etc.., you may want to look elsewhere. The room were clean, shower was great, big spacious room. Pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."
