Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot! We were on the bus for an hour and a half before we made it to Disney, which was disappointing. But, not the hotel’s fault! Overall, a great stay and I will absolutely stay here again. "

"We arrived with a confirmed reservation for our family of three (including our young child) and were told there was no room available because the hotel had overbooked. With nowhere else to go at that hour, we were forced to spend the entire night sleeping in our small rental car — all three of us crammed together. This is completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a child. No family should ever have to go through this. I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel and confirming your reservation multiple times before you arrive. We will never stay here again."
