"Nice place, 2 bedroom suite was big and beds were nice but the pull out couch was the worse ever. Springs in your back and the blanket was so scratchy. Couldn't use it at all, needs to be trashed and updated for sure.It cost me $18.00 to do 1 small load of clothes in their laundry room. A little box of tide was $5, 2 dryer sheets in 1 box was $5 and it cost $4 to wash a little load and $4 for the dryer. Seems a little high to me, glad I only needed to do 1 load."

"Die Unterkunft selbst war top, kostenloser Transfer zu den Universal Studios und auch wieder zurück. Als unverschämt empfand ich es, dass man für das Parken auf dem normalen Hotelparkplatz pro Nacht 28 Dollar (24€) zahlen muss. So etwas habe ich in Orlando noch nicht erlebt, kannte es nur von Miami. In Miami Beach die Tage vorher habe ich für das Parkhaus nur 20 Dollar pro Nacht bezahlt."

Room cleaning was okay, I asked them to provide extra towels one day, but it did not happen. So I did not ask them again. Another thing surprised me is they only make the beds and took the garbages out, they do not touch the used glasses around the room. "Was not as expected. Other than the highly processed restaurant in the building there weren’t any amenities. The supply the cheapest quality of toilet paper which falls apart when using. Drawers did not stay closed which is a hazard at night when walking to the bathroom. Coffee in the morning was mud. We were notified we had to pay $20 a day for parking either. Shower floor was very slippery. I would not return."

"The rooms were modern and spacious with a walk-in closet. There was a trundle bed that was large enough for 2 adults.The microwave and refrigerator took us a few minutes to find due to it being concealed in an entrance cabinet. The free breakfast was far above average accommodating many eating styles and food allergies. The pool area was beautiful with a children’s area and gas grills for guests to use.
