"This was an amazing apartment. It was clean, non-functional, well equipped with an amazing view. We were visiting during the heat wave and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The building itself was modern with a really good Italian restaurant downstairs along with a nice coffee bar. It was really close to Lille Europe railway station and there was a big supermarket only 5 minutes walk away, Othmane, could not have been more helpful and pleasant."

"La location était très bien. Idéalement bien placée. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue facilement. Logement propre. Juste quelques petits équipements cassés (brosse dans les toilettes, la petite poubelle dans la salle de bain) Et nous avons eu chaud (week-end du 27 et 28 juin) : voir installer une climatisation ou des ventilateurs efficace). Lille est une superbe ville."

"Despite having booked and paid for two rooms in March for September, three weeks before departure, I received an e-mail to say that they had overbooked and had cancelled my reservation. Just like that! If you go on a booking site and they say that there is availability and they take your money, that should be the end of it. They should honour your booking. Avoid like the plague."
