"Excellent desk staff!! They were ALL so helpful. Excellent location within a two minute walk to the best restaurants. Highly recommend for the price. Free lattes or iced coffee anytime of the day. Croissants and fruit always out on the counter. Clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning with lots of coffee choices! 100% happy travelers staying here!!!"

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel St. Thomas for five nights at the end of May 2026. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be aware that there are stairs at front with no wheelchair access to pull up your luggage. Same goes for inside the hotel. If someone is available at the reception desk, however, you can ask for your luggage to be brought down from your room. The room's appearance was nice and clean, but the bed was hard. The dark electronic shades kind of compensated for the uncomfortable bed....

"Un Hôtel de luxe au coeur de Montréal. Dès notre arrivée nous étions ravis de la beauté, de l’ambiance et du parfum d’ambiance de cet Hôtel. Très beau et très attrayant! Le Personel était très acceuilant et très attentif au bien-être du visiteur/client. Nous avons retrouvé une belle chambre avec un lit « King size », bien aménagé une grande et très belle salle de bain et le tout d’une ambiance pure et au goût exquis. Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dès le premier contact et l’étions restés...

"La localización de la propiedad es magnífica. Dos camas amplias, un baño completo y un “water closet” adicional, es súper conveniente. El área de estar y la cocina, ambos muy cómodos. La lavadora y secadora de ropa y el secador de pelo, funcionaron EXCELENTE! La tabla de planchar ropa no se pudo usar porque necesita forro acojinado y no tenía. Recomiendo un “update” a los gabinetes de la cocina."
