"Loved this hotel! It was more beautiful in person than is even captured in the photos. My only complaint is that room service is very expensive. We arrived late and looked at ordering. My teen wanted French fries and they came to $26.90 after tax and delivery fee. We ended up walking to a grocery store. It is a high end hotel so I should have expected it though. Other than that it is the perfect location for downtown. "

"I would rate this hotel as below average.Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. First of all, the bathroom was not clean — there were hairs in the bathtub, which made it feel unhygienic. Secondly, the view was very disappointing. Instead of something pleasant, we were facing a roof with ventilation equipment, which made the room feel more like a basement than a proper hotel room. Parking was also an issue, as we were charged extra for it, which was not clearly communicated in advance. In addition, there were not enough towels. Basic amenities were missing as well. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste available, and even when we asked to purchase them, the hotel said they didn’t have any. Overall, the room felt quite uncomfortable. It might be okay for a very short stay just to sleep for one night, but I would not choose this hotel again for a longer stay. "

"Exactly as described! Rooms were big, beds and pillows comfortable, continental breakfast had plenty of options, and they were able to hold bags before/after check in. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Great check in. Front desk staff were friendly and treated us like VIPs. Room was great but AC didn't work. We informed front desk in the morning. Close to everything."
