"Check-in staff were miserable and unhelpful. We booked a table in the restaurant but on arrival were told that the restaurant is only used for breakfast. We had to eat in the bar but we did not have a table reserved and had to scrabble for a table. The food was very basic pub food with little choice and the drinks choices very limited. Breakfast was very good. "

"Excellent full English breakfast. Tea and coffee. A good selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit etc. super clean rooms. Fresh towels, comfy beds. "

"Safest place in the UK ☹️Soulless. Avoid. If this is the future. I’m out of here. After a 14 hour shift. No one there. Waited an hour for someone to answer the phone to then guide us through a Crystal Maze challenge to get our keys and type in the access code to enter the place. Room had a smell of disposed vapes and late night Chinese takeaways sat in bed on your own wondering where it all went wrong.The shower was that sad and weak I could here it crying during the night."

"Peaceful, clean surroundings. Helpful, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, choosing from both continental and cooked (vegetarian for me). Loved my double room on the top floor. All very enjoyable. Thankyou."
