"Friendly staff and very clean room providing all the essentials. Would have liked to see a few more toilet rolls provided (you get 2 per week included) and perhaps some complimentary teas & coffees, but otherwise a nice self-catering apartment."

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "
