"We only stayed one night in Milan. This apartment was near the metro. It was a short walk from the blue line. Close enough to walk to duomo and mall. Large space. Ants were in both bathrooms and one bedroom. Messaged the property owners and they let us know that it was because of the weather change. Check-in/check out was easy. "

"Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. Guest directed me to manager. Manager refused to speak to me @ my guaranteed reservation for 2 nights, and told me Sold Out! Lucia, the manager spoke in Italian to guest saying it was late and there is no...

"Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...

"The apartment is centrally located in Milan, within walking distance of the Duomo and many other attractions. It sits on a lively high street with several nearby dining options, including Indian, Chinese, and Turkish restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, though it could benefit from some updating. If you’re a light sleeper, it’s worth bringing earplugs, as noise from the nearby tram line and people heading to local clubs kept us awake one night."
