Every staff member we encountered was helpful and the wait staff in the restaurants and our housekeeping staff in particular were friendly and accommodating. "We had a wonderful stay at paradiso terme. The pools, the view of the sunset, the breakfast, staff, everything was above our expectations. The room had great air conditioning, a comfy bed, TV, nice bathroom, & mini fridge.
