"The Hilton Sorrento Palace was an exceptional hotel. Our room was facing the Bay Of Naples with Vesuvius standing right across the bay. The room was clean and we had maid service every day. All the staff were lovely and helpful and eager to chat. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with masses of choice (hot & cold) with again fantastic views of the bay and Vesuvius. Lovely pool and pool bar serving most of the day. Hotel has good vibes, cheerful and spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout....

"The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. "We had a wonderful stay at paradiso terme. The pools, the view of the sunset, the breakfast, staff, everything was above our expectations. The room had great air conditioning, a comfy bed, TV, nice bathroom, & mini fridge. The property is like a huge botanical garden, extremely well maintained and you can tell a great effort is put into keeping it so nice.
