"We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."

"This is a very clean and cozy B&B directly across the street from the ruins of Pompeii. It was a little difficult to find, but it’s the same entrance as the ‘Mericano restaurant. We stayed 3 nights with our 2 daughters and were very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here if ever we visit Pompeii again. The street the B&B is on has many restaurants, cafes and shops. We especially liked the Antica Cucina restaurant across the square from the church. The town felt very safe and relaxed."

"An absolute gem of a hotel! If you are on the fence about booking, just do it. The views alone are worth every penny. Instead of an expensive taxi, take the local bus for €1.50. "Had a wonderful stay at Villa Mary during our visit to Positano. The staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious and amenities were great. "The couple who own this b and b have created a beautiful, quaint place to relax! The accommodations were spacious, the grounds were gorgeous and the pool was perfect! The bonus was the bar T the pool and the sweet man who worked there-Rosario! Our breakfast each morning was perfection! Fresh squeezed orange juice, made to order cappuccino, bakery fresh pastries, yogurt and fruit(meat and cheese upon request-we didn't need any!) we highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely room with a fantastic view. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Note that there is a pretty substantial set of stairs to get to the town center so, if you have mobility issues, be aware. However, Ravello as a whole is not particularly accessible if not able bodied as is the case with many of the Amalfi coast areas. We would stay here again if visiting Ravello!"
