"Very nice, clean apartment. No complaints at all. OK location, recommend taxi if travelling to/from airport with heavy luggage, but fine for metro and exploring Athens otherwise.
Would definitely consider staying here again. Roof terrace looked amazing.
Never saw any staff at all, check in was done online yet was seamless. Access to room via code which I liked. Hotel and room was well maintained. Clean towels provided during the day."

"Place overall is beautiful and immaculate. The cleaning staff team were always professional and efficient, with a lot of kindness checking in frequently to see if we needed any amenities.
Location is within walking distance to the Acropolis and city center locations. Roughly 15-20 mins by foot.
There's a pool up in the rooftop along with BBQ amenities."

"Stay was May 29th to 30th 2026 The customer service. My only concern was with the breakfast experience and the breakfast staff.
We paid an additional fee for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and there were very few food options remaining. When we asked if items would be refilled, the staff repeatedly said no. We requested creamer and orange juice and were told that no more would be put out.
I took a croissant and returned a few minutes later for another,...

"The Alex was charming, clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop restaurant/bar. "The hotel had very comfortable beds, good showers, the best air conditioning - but the floor my friend was allocated a room on had the loudest rudest Greeks staying, who carried until 2am, so with a 5am alarm for ferry, he got no sleep.
Nothing was done to ask them keep their noise down
Guess the hotel did not think anything would stop them
So we won't be staying here again"
