"I was debating on whether or not to give the 5 star. Everything was great, except for the rude woman cleaning the breakfast area. She definitely needs basic customer service training. Her overall nasty attitude ruins the breakfast experience. Even my 9yr old noticed and was uncomfortable. To the point that she prefered we finish our breakfast back in our room. Room was great, very clean! Super comfy beds! "

"The room was very spacious and comfortable with a little couch and desk. The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up in the morning! They even provide both soft and firm pillows. The bathroom was nice with a spacious shower. The staff was friendly, and I was happy to have a restaurant on site since I didn’t have a car. I also took advantage of the airport shuttle, and although he was a little late, it was ok - it was just a few minutes late. "
