Nothing unique. A clean small motel of the 60's variety. A/C worked well, large bath and room with small fridge and microwave. Certainly a reasonable place to stay and economical.

We stay here several times a year and it's always been clean and quiet. There's a good variety of dining within a short drive, walkable if you'd like. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If there's any negative it would be the ice maker is always broken.

It is NOT the HILTON Garden Suites . It is a roadside two story open entry ( old style) hotel. Area around it is questionable but it was clean and available at the time.

There were roaches in the first room all over within minutes. They changed our room and the 2nd one didn't have any, but the room was subpar.

The staff was not helpful. They will not allow you to checkmin even one minute before designated check in times. The rooms smell of cigarette smoke. The was no hot water for a shower. The sheets are very poor quality. The carpet was sticky and gross. No ac in there check in lobby. Only 2 outlets worked in the room. The microwave was dirty.

Hair in the shower, decor and carpet from the 1980s, phone with no cord, stained furniture, and water stains on the ceiling. I will say that once I peeled the threadbare bedspread off with a set of chopsticks that I found in my car, the sheets appeared clean. The bed was comfortable. There was no sign of bugs, trust me, I did a thorough search! The manager/owner was very friendly. It appeared that most of those who were staying there, lived there. They had folding furniture, small toys, and little grills outside their rooms. It appeared to be a safe area. It was very quiet. This hotel seemed to be in a lot better shape than the one next door as far as the exterior goes. I wouldn’t stay here again.
