Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"We visited Los Cabos for the first time with family. There were 8 adults and 5 children in our group and we had booked 6 rooms in total. The Riu Santa Fe property is huge and laid out with many villas, pools, bars, and restaurants scattered throughout the property. We requested to stay in Villa 7 as it is the only villa on the property that has an elevator and is also close to the family/adult pools, bars, buffet and snack places. It is also a short walk to the secondary reception and the themed parties such as jungle party, neon, and white parties. The bars and food overall was quite decent. We enjoyed the main buffet, Pepe's and Tiki taco bars the most. For a la carte restaurants, the Mexican and Asian restaurants were the best. Special shoutout to Dany at main reception, Efren at the main buffet and Dante at the pool bars. There are many more names that I forgot but all of the Riu staff was very friendly. The themed parties were also a great time! The only one downside was the pests on resort...mainly the mosquitoes inside the rooms. Even with the air conditioning on, the rooms consistently had mosquitoes and our whole group got bit all over our feet, legs and arms. There was also a large cockroach found in one room in the bathroom. Other than that, we had a fantastic time...and we would consider returning to this resort in the future."

Hotel Riu Palace Baja California - Adults Only - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"I’ll start from the beginning. The staff was very friendly and consistent. Shoutouts to Osvaldo for carrying my luggage up, Oscar for the perfect drinks , Eric for doing my omelette with chicken the way I liked it for breakfast. You do have awesome views of the arch which my room had. The facility is very clean and organized so no problem there. The issues I had was the bed was very rough and uncomfortable to sleep in. The plug outlets work only if you tilted your cellphone adapter a certain way to have your device charge properly. Food selection was very limited and specialty was decent with better choices. This resort had more older people. You’ll have people in their mid 20’s to early 30s here and there but it was less. The pool bar was not lively and active. All the parties were in Santa Fe next door and navigating their bigger resort to comeback to Baja was a hassle. Although Santa Fe had the pool parties everyone was in their own bubble and felt cliquish. This has nothing to do with the resort but it’s the overall experience. I would come here unless it’s with family not a boys trip type of thing. I’d give this resort a 6.8/10. It’s better to save your money and travel out to a different country this place lacked community and sense of belonging something Jamaica had when I went to Riu Montego Bay"

Hotel Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in, with a great location, awesome views, great staff, and very good value. The view is so beautiful. The sandy beach is pretty and fun, though not that suitable for swimming. The pools are of a good size with an infinity edge. You can also use the pools and Splash World at RIU Santa Fe next door. We like the buffet restaurants more than the specialty ones. They have a great selection of food. The wait staff is attentive and so friendly, with special shoutouts to Maricela and Raul. The lounge upstairs has awesome views. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom sink and the blanket, which were sorted out quickly after I sent requests through the RIU app."

Krystal Beach Acapulco
2/10 Terrible
"Severe sewage problem. We had no water for a period of 11-8am and then the water was running gross black water. The front desk staff acted like it was no problem. My niece came to have lunch with me and the front desk guy wanted 510. Pesos to let her in. I said how much are you going to pay me for the dirty water in the bathroom?. RUDE!! Check out that day. The staff needs to be considerate of guests.!!"

Playa Los Arcos Hotel Beach Resort & Spa

"The personal from office offers to sell activities direct from them to us every time when they see my wife and me, at the lobby. Is something uncomfortable. Thanks."
