"The rooms need to be updated. For four nights there was a fiesta going on off property with extremely loud music and base from midnight until 4:00 am. We needed ear plugs. Contacted the front desk who said they couldn't do anything about it. We asked to move to a quieter area. They took our room number but never helped out with moving us. It was talked about by numerous people at the resort. Some small bugs in the room but not bedbugs. Food and wait staff were great.🌴☀️🌴"

"Pros: The room was great for the price. We got a room with no window which kinda bothered me at first, but ended up liking because it was quiet. The bed and pillows were as comfortable as the ones at high end Disney resorts!! The room was very spacious, had a luggage rack, and plenty of storage. Having the sink outside the bathroom is nice for two people to get ready in the morning. It is located right in the middle of everything. It is across the street from Ceaser’s restaurant, Black Box Venue, and many good cafes. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Con’s: The room appeared to have been cleaned, but had quite a few hairs on the floor. The bathroom is in need of towel hooks and it’d be nice to be given two rolls of toilet paper instead of just one. I’d also be nice to be provided a bottle of water. The AC remote was not working perfectly, but I managed to get it to work. The door was tricky to shut when leaving the room, but figured it out as well. I typically stay in Zona Rio, but I recommend this hotel if you are going to a concert or event near Revolucion."
