"It was a unique experience. The check in was the most uncomfortable of the stay. While every staff member was amazing, the person who checked us in was ready to go home. Rude , no eye contact, just rushing the entire situation. I understand if he is overwhelmed over worked but bad service to have him upfront while he is not giving good service. It made me feel not valued and just not a good start to vacation. Due to the weather we lost power and water for some time. Reason we decided to check out one day earlier on one room. They literally did not even hear us out at all and said no no no to any type of refund shoot even offer some drinks. Anything but the attitude. Another rude employee during check out. Thank you for expedia that did their best to try to assist us. Instead of rejection right away. Allowing the manager to speak to us would have been more appropriate"

"Grand hotel tijuana its one of the best hotels I ever stayed. All employees are very very good they are on top on every need. Its like they read your mind. I highly recommend Grand hotel tijuana. You wont regretted. Food its delicious jacussi amd swimming pool real clean . The whole campus amazing. And the price its great. Also they have all the clinics just a hallway away. Ist very convenient. Good job. I give it 110 *********"

"My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel. We only stayed the one night but we so enjoyed this fine hotel and its great staff that we would have no hesitation recommend it to others. We will be returning again in three weeks. Such an great short visit and the staff was always taking the step above and beyond what I would expect to be normal."

"Great place to stay with everything we needed for a 6 day trip. The property is well laid out with easy access to everything. It doesn’t feel like a maze like some resorts do. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Four pools, five different restaurants plus a buffet, daily entertainment, great beach, access to the next door sister resorts. What more could you ask for. Really enjoyed our time here."

"It was a really beautiful resort in a really beautiful area. I think it lacks information on restaurants and entertainment. I found as a foreigner it was better accustomed to the locals. Which is nice to see but I have been at far cheaper resorts with much better entertainment."
