"We had a great experience at Zocalo Central Hotel. Beautiful hotel, nice bedding and super comfortable mattress. Balcony del Zocalo was the best restaurant in the town and sandwiches available 24/7 for free. Can’t say enough good words about this hotel."

Barceló México Reforma
"As a VIP guest, I was supposed to receive early check-in, but I arrived around 10:00 a.m. and my room wasn't available until exactly 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, there was no recognition of the VIP benefit. The hotel also doesn't have the most comfortable or inviting lobby, which made the wait even less ..."
