The room was clean but some things need to be upgraded - chair at the desk, blinds not working and towels are a bit old.
Staff was very courteous but did rest a room towards the back for quietness but they couldn't accommodate me.
And it is located in a very nice area with Parque Hunidido right next door for eary walks and great small business for coffee and food.

Buffet breakfast with good taste and price.
The atmosphere and furniture make you feel you're in the 70's. Pure longing for older people.
