The room was very clean. The people were very nice. It's older and not modernized but the beds, the shower, and the people were all very good. Excellent value, felt very comfortable and welcoming during a three day stay. I would definitely go back. It's a great location and ideal for an easy going budget conscious person. Lots of food and amenities, including 24 hour tacos, hipster zones, the major hospitals, multiple metro stations all at the doorstep basically.

The room had bugs and roaches, the staff at the front desk was not welcoming. Based on the entire vibe of the place I couldn’t sleep more than a couple hours. I only slept a couple hours and booked a different place. This place shouldn’t even be recommended by Expedia.

It is a awful place (can't call it a hotel!) 1. You can hear everything from your room either who set in the lobby or even who use bathroom in their own room!! 2. I found bugs multiple times!! 3. No one speaks English (they lie about it, claiming they know English on Expedia) 4. I couldn't stay more than few days although i reserved for 3 weeks. When i asked for cancelation and refund they refused even a partial refund although i had about 14 days left!!

Hice la reservación por medio de la app y me comunique para decirles que llegaría a las 2 am ya que a esa hora llego mi vuelo y cuando llegue no había habitación disponible. Tuve que buscar otro hotel. La explicación que me dieron fue que no pague cuando hice la reservación pero tampoco me hicieron esa observación. Así que en mi opinión deberían hacer esa observación cuando se hace la reservación y no poder la opción de pagar al llegar.

Our room was covered in roaches, the drain smelled, no shampoo... We left after one night and didn't even bother asking for a refund, we just wanted to get out of there. Honestly, if it weren't for that, it would have been a perfectly fine, no frills stay. It's a bit dated, but it's in a good location and if it weren't for all the bugs it would have been a good budget stay.
