The hotel is gorgeous and great location and clean. Loved the service and staff being so kind and helpful. We also really appreciated the concierge - Gustavo- who helped with ideas of things to do and help book a hot air balloon. The whole experience was amazing and the hotel and staff made it all the better

I loved staying here. Beautiful location in a very walkable neighborhood. Awesome, helpful, kind, professional staff. Housekeeping was awesome, loved breakfast, and I also loved getting coffee in the mornings at the Flower Shop. I will definitely stay here again.

Location in Condesa is wonderful, so many restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, lovely green spaces. Hotel staff are super friendly. Concierge services are excellent, especially Gustavo, who was very responsive and helpful.

I really liked the location, as it allowed us to explore the Condesa area. The breakfast is good, although not very varied. The service is exceptional, particularly during breakfast. The rooms are convenient. It would have been nice to have channels in the rooms that showed the World Cup matches, as well as in the reception area, since they only broadcast a few.

Needs to be renovated. Attached to the Andaz and the entrance is a little confusing. The rooms could be updated (peeling paint & wallpaper). Concierge won’t help find cute spots in the city and won’t recommend ways to travel in the city safely without paying large sums of money or that benefits them. It is well located, looks pretty and is functional.

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. Rooms were comfortable with lovely bathrooms, robes, slippers, and nice toiletries.
