I trusted the reviews for this hotel and it didn't disappoint! What a great place it is, and the service was exceptional. My mom was traveling by herself so I booked a smaller room for 2 persons. When she arrived with my brother, the room was a bit small for two but the hotel offered a free-upgrade to a larger room closer to the ground level so she didn't have to go up the stairs that much. They helped them with the luggage, were super attentive, and even gave them great food suggestions. They loved the place, the free candy, coffe and pastries, and the lovely staff. Big thanks and it's definitely going to be our spot every time we travel to Mexico City. Recommended to everyone!

Amazing staff that work there, so helpful and thoughtful. Loved the mezcal and endless supplies of water and drinks. Would stay there again and highly recommend it, it’s a real gem of a hotel in the city!

Great location, very hospitable staff, free bread and drinks (water, tea, coffee, Gatorade, Coke), Mezcal tasting bar, nice rooftop, surprise goodbye gifts upon check out! Only con is the layout of the specific room we booked (the cheapest one)— we had no windows and the only outlets were on the other side of the room from the bed which was inconvenient. But definitely not a dealbreaker, and we would 100% stay again!

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and the hotel is located in a great area with many lovely restaurants, bars, cafes. The rooms were decorated with items made from local artisans. Highly recommend!

Hotel was in a good location, clean, and staff were very helpful. The hotel seems to be located directly above a noisy bar. We stayed for a week and could hear loud music until midnight or 2:00 a.m. every night. The hotel is aware of this an provides noise machines and earplugs in room. Next time I would avoid the noise and stay somewhere else.

Great location in the Roma neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean rooms, however they could be equipped a little bit better. Overall a good stay.

Beautiful building, it used to be apartments. It is completely redone with lovely hand crafted doors, furniture and large modern bathrooms. Nada Vida was fantastic!!! They treated us like family, extremely clean, attended to our every need as foreign tourists in México City....24 hour snacks, beverages, sweet rolls were a REAL TREAT!!...the value is amazing as we received MORE THAN OUR MONEY'S WORTH!! I would HIGHLY recommend Nada Vida to anybody visiting Mexico City who wants a friendly warm, charming "boutique hotel" in a safe inviting neighborhood!

We stayed at Nana Vida CDMX primarily because we loved their Morelia location. We stayed 4 nights and loved this one as well. The first thing I want to point out is their staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They also spoke great English. From our arrival the front desk girl offered us a beverage and gave us a tour of the hotel. They have a snack bar, complimentary mezcal, and a coffee bar with nespresso, cafe de olla, pan dulce, and hot water for tea. They have a great rooftop with tables and chairs to enjoy the amazing view. We loved that the hotel and rooms were decorated with items made from local artisans. There’s a QR code in the room which spotlights the artisan. our room was very spacious with a beautiful window that opened to the street. Even though it’s a busy area the noise was not bad at all. They do offer ear plugs if you need them. The bathroom was spacious and had hot water. The hotel is also located in a great spot to walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The staff is always attentive and offers you a beverage upon your return from checking out the city. We will definitely be coming to Nana Vida CDMX. They also give you a nice gift at check in and check out. Amazing hotel.

Excellent

An excellent hotel! 24/7 reception with really helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and common areas, including a rooftop, decorated with Mexican art and textiles. No breakfast but free coffee and pan dulce provided. Soft drinks and filtered water freely available and mezcal! Great location for exploring Roma Norte and Condesa.
