We wrote a note to the management that the couches were filthy and in general the apartment seemed unclean. Also, the sliding glass doors didn’t lock. We asked them to come fix the doors, and someone came late at night - she spoke only Spanish. She said someone would come in the morning to fix the doors but they never did. We never heard back from them about any of it. A few days later We ran into a woman on the stairway who spoke only in Spanish and who asked all ok? And we said no, nothing had been cleaned. However she didn’t seem to care or agree. And no one ever came to clean. Lots of noisy construction made the beds shake and vibrate. The “penthouse” is only reachable by stairs! There is no elevator so you have to walk five or six flights up.

Property is comfortable, linen clean and great space. Can be a little noisy but par for a city location. Excellent location in Condesa, 2 blocks from parks, and a variety of great restaurants.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always very kind and helpful. The apartment showed few signs of aging compared to when I stayed there in 2021. The shower valve was a bit awkward. The wall paint over the sill looks bad, and the cupboards are slightly beaten up. The patio wasn't draining, but they cleaned up the drain right away and fixed it after I let them know. On the other hand the bed was very comfortable, the bathroomammenities are all very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have complimentary coffee, tea and water for yourstay. The location is great. The keying is all digital which was great. The building looks very nice. I enjoyed staying there regardless of the items I mentioned. I hope they take care of those details so its like new again!

We stayed at Laredo ULIV in Condesa. The unit was fabulous, well equipped, it had two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The beds were comfortable, it had a complete kitchen with all you need for cooking. Also, they provide a washing machine with was vital for a long stay. We had a WhatsApp chat with the administrator who was always available for our needs and questions. The building has its own security guards, which made us feel safe all the time. Highly recommended!!!

Location is great! Is a small walk from Parque Mexico. Staff and security at this location is amazing and so welcoming! I had asked for bed sheets to be changed and when we came back that afternoon all beds had been changed! If you’re going with family or a small group of fiends this place is perfect, the area is safe and has a lot of nice restaurants.

Increíble PH con la terrazita! El lugar nos encantó, sobre todo por lo bien localizado que está. Sales a caminar y hay todo tipo de restaurantes, cafes, tiendas. Sin duda volveremos.

The property was in a nice, safe area. The guards were always available to open the front door. Bit noisy at night from intermittent street noise. Careful where and what you eat as both of us, while being very careful, got stomach illnesses.
