"I paid for a room upgrade to a king sized bed but the suite we got was not a king sized bed. I requested a suite change or a refund for the upgrade but they wouldn’t give it to me or even respond. "The room was extremely clean and even smelled really good. Each day the room service would ask if we needed anything, they were extremely nice. It does get a little noisy bc of the bars nearby but nothing crazy and easy to block out when sleeping"
