"The hotel is located opposite the Bournemouth International Centre which is handy if you are going to a concert like us. Our room (306) very dated but clean. The TV was very small and the remote (filthy) didn’t work even though reception replaced the batteries. The bar was not open for us to use on the first night so we went to The Sun pub only 30 seconds away which was great. "Good breakfast general staff (bar restaurant etc) excellent. However front desk inefficient & duty manager CALLUM was rude & dismissive . With that attitude he has no future in hotel management. Front desk were super efficient in taking unauthorised payments from credit cards but not so good in refunding!! Hotel overall appearance tired in need of redecorating throughout. "Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Very friendly team who were on hand and always willing to help. Dave and Phil were excellent hosts. Bar was reasonably priced as well with comfortable seating. "

"The Breakfast wasn't great, the English breakfast everything was cold. They didn't replenish things quick enough, the bread was stale when I went to toast it and there weren't many pastries. The bar man (Tom) was lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The room was lovely and clean."
