Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon
The room had hair on the walls, the door lock was broken, the balcony door would not shut. We switched rooms. The balcony room door didn't shut, the lock was a bit better. Hair on the walls.

Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach
We got a room upgrade during check in and room view was amazing. Service at the cafe and pool area was 5 starts. Plenty of options around the area to go out to eat and have fun.

Mondrian South Beach
Most of the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Pool area is beautiful. The rooms and upkeep of the property really needs work and ASAP! They are not cleaning these rooms good and the fact I had to place so many calls for housekeeping really discouraged me from staying here again.
