"I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of service I experienced during my recent stay.
Throughout my visit, the standard of hospitality fell well below what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. There was no daily housekeeping service and no room service available, requiring me to go downstairs for even the most basic needs. On one occasion, I requested a bandage and was told to go to a nearby CVS — something I find completely unacceptable for a property positioning itself as a quality hotel.
I was also deeply troubled by how my late checkout request was handled. When I raised the request at check-in, I was told to simply call on the morning of my departure. When I called at 10am on checkout day, I was informed I had until 11am. After some discussion, the front desk agreed to extend to 12pm — but then proceeded to threaten that security would be sent to my room if I had not vacated by that time. That kind of language toward a paying guest is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I hope the management team will take this feedback seriously and address these service gaps. I would welcome a response regarding how this will be handled.
