This hotel is incredible! The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and clean. The restaurants on the grounds are amazing, and reasonably priced for in-house dining. The food for room service is also delicious! My wife and I ate at Collin’s for dinner and Preston’s for breakfast twice ...

When we showed up our room wasn't ready and it was already 5:30. They said they had maintenance issues and we would have to wait about an hour. No further explanation and we had to beg them to find us a room. really dissapointing. once we got the room everything was fine
