I booked my travel for my family to Miami through your website at the Alahambra View Miami at Gables View at 1801 SW 32nd Ave., APT 400, Miami Fl, 33145. I am extremely disappointed staying here. Due to the fact this was a big weekend in Miami (SPRING BREAK AND MIAMI OPEN) there were no available rooms. We had a late check in because of a late flight into Miami. We get there and the Wifi code on the router was incorrect. I reached out to my contact person Millie who eventually rectified that issue. Getting in late we wanted to shower but couldn't due to the fact that there were no washcloths. I have NEVER been anywhere where there were no wash cloths available. I did reach out to Millie the next day and she stated it was probably a oversight. We did receive 2 washcloths for a family of 4. We had to buy washcloths and toilet paper because of the lack of. My BIGGEST issue was the amount of roaches we had to endure while staying here. I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED! My kids were didnt want to stay here, but we had no where to go. This place is infested with roaches! I am horrified at what we experienced. There were roaches coming out of the cracks in the wall. We found roaches in the bathroom and some on the ceiling. There are roach droppings in the kitchen. This is unacceptable and I demand a partial refund. We dont live with roach infestation at home.....so when I travel I dont expect to subject my kids to this. Promised a partial refund by Millie & NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME!
