"There was an incident with the fire department late Sunday. It caused issues with the A/C, hot water, and electricity. The staff didn’t do a good job communicating these issues and when they would be fixed. "

"Clean room, good location, airport is nearby, safe. This is my second time staying! Highly recommend. The bed is 100% comfy. Only noise will be the airplanes departing but that’s ok for me but i don't know for you."

"The room could've been a lot cleaner. Lot's of dust on surfaces, sewer smell coming from the bathtub, peeling lacquer on furniture. Signs of recent renovation done poorly."

"I wanted to love this place so much - the photos online made it seems so cute and clean. Upon walking up to our room (elevator was out of service) I felt totally duped. The floors were sticky, the ceiling looked like it had mold, the patio door didnt close, pillows were wet, not one thing was well maintained which would be fine if it was $200 a night - but for what we paid I found it unacceptable. Staff seemed miserable and were less than helpful. There was also major construction in the lot next door, which I know is out of their control (they should let you know or if you’re in that wing of the hotel maybe a disturbance discount) but waking up to that noise on a Saturday morning was a major bummer. Ugh I hate leaving a negative review, but I also hate being priced gauged on something totally not aligned with the quality. "
