Terrible technical issues with the Internet and never tried to fix it. I could not work for 10 days and the tenants above was making so much noise. You could hear everything from them walking and moving the chairs on the tile. What do I like about this place great location, secure parking so they only get 2 stars from me. I will not be staying there in the future.

The apartment was located in a beautiful area. The bathroom was very clean. The residential area around the property is very nice and is occupied with beautiful homes. The Galleria mall is literally down the street and the beach is very close. The neighbors were very noisy which is no fault of the property but just something I thought I would mention. The hosts are very accommodating. Thank you!

The apartment was clean and the hosts were available and helpful. Surprised to find such a great apartment in somewhat sketchy neighborhood but we had no problems in the neighborhood at all. I’d definitely stay again…definitely recommend!

Over the past month, I have spent a total 2 weeks on this property and will definitely stay here again when I am back in a Miami. The apartment is clean and management is easy to find, easy to communicate with. The parking is convenient too, especially for a work van.

The room itself was decent and clean-ish with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is secured behind a coded gate. There is also a parking lot. Location is great and suited our needs. However, the strong cigarette smell was terrible for a “non smoking room.” We dreaded going back to the room each night because of that smell mixed with all the other smells of the room (mildew, ac, humidity, etc). A very nice man with the property checked in on us the first night and we mentioned the smell. He right away retrieved an air circulation device. It helped a tiny bit and we got used to the smell, but they took the device after the first night even though I asked if we could keep it to fight the smell. The sheets looked either dirty or stained, couldn’t tell which one. I asked for these to be changed and it didn’t get done until 1.5 days later. Communication with the property around all of this was poor. They would respond, acknowledge, but not do what we asked. Finally on the last day they came to clean our room, but left us with 0 toilet paper. Nothing. Not even under the sink as they claimed. It was an unfortunate way to end our stay.

Save the money. Bathrooms had mold, smoke detectors missing, smelled like smoke HEAVILY, some may be renovated but maybe not the rooms we were in. No elavator, so it was hard to walked up to the third level with kids and a bunch of luggages. Some what clean though since there were no visible bugs.

Great first impression

Oh, wow! was one comment as we walked in the door. The unit is clean and looks great. Checkin was difficult. An email was supposed to arrive with info but didn’t until I called. The person on the phone was very helpful but spoke with a heavy accent. The kitchen supplies, cups, plates, etc, were very limited. Although clean, we did see a couple of roaches.
