"The hotel was clean, room is spacious and came with coffee etc. I only had a layover so did not stay long. Did not have breakfast, though the downstairs shop had lovely options. I used UBER. Now, the most disappointing thing, their free shuttle is advertised as every 30mins. I waited almost 90mins at the airport. (2 phonecalls later). Also, after checking in, I asked the front desk staff at what time the shuttle operates in the mornings as I had an early flight. The man said, from 5am every 30 mins. I asked, in traffic, how long does it take, his sarcastic response... "we are next to the airport" and he disappeared into the back office. Well the next morning, I head downstairs to catch the 7h30 shuttle... I saw the shuttle parked and the driver not in the vehicle. I stood around for a bit, when I saw no movement, I went to the front desk. Asking about the 7h30 shuttle. The man told me, the next shuttle is at 8. I said, but I was told, every 30min... to which the answer was, oh well, it's now 7h32 so you missed it. The front desk staff needs retraining, and the shuttle hours could perhaps be revised or shared somewhere. The hotel self, is totally worth it. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Ps. Nobody helps with your luggage... due to the cleanliness and convenience of being close to MIA I would stay again."
