"M On arrival, the receptionist was not very welcoming. He seemed more interested in his phone or reading a book than assisting guests. His attitude was unfriendly, and he appeared uninterested in doing his job. Overall, he gave the impression that he could not be bothered to provide good customer service, which made for a poor first impression. "This was my first stay at the property Hampton Inn and Suites and 57th Ave, I was totally impressed with the warm welcome of the staff. The property is well maintained and the parking lot is very well lit. I have been to Florida on business for the past 9 months and I have tried several properties near the airport and this has been my best experience! Hats off to The team especially Giovanni!! "Good place to stay for one night. Came here with a group of 5 and this hotel couldn’t get things right. You would think a Hyatt Place hotel would have standards, clearly, this one does not. We called for the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel at 2:30 and they said they were coming. The shuttle drove off and didn’t even bother stopping so I recalled them and it eventually took 25 mins for the shuttle to come.
