The elevator in this hotel doesn’t work. You have to wait 30 minutes to get into working elevator. At one point in my stay to avoid waiting I had to go up by stairs to the 22 nd floor. The key doesn’t work. The cleaning is terrible and no towels by the pool.

Little doorstops on the floor for the bathroom doors are toe breakers Should rather be bumpers on the wall. Room was clean very spacious! Great balcony views! Excellent counter space in bathroom. I wish there were hooks to hang bathroom towels. shower faucet was difficult to turn on, but shower itself ...
