Checked in around 11 pm. Jessie at the desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast option was very basic but adequate.

Stayed here to be close to Indiana Dunes National Park. It's what you would expect from a lower budget hotel. Rooms were pretty small.

Reeked of cigarette smoke. I have COPD and had to leave after one day because they refused to give me a new room.

I love the breakfast, and when I had a problem with the lock to my room they changed my room with on problem.

The pictures were deceitful. There was damage to the wall, the sofa was disgusting, had stainsand was gross. I changed and left an hope after i checked in

I usually get the king suite - always top notch. Tried the queen room - a third the size and the room was 85 degrees when I entered, took hours to cool out. Not happy about that.

Hotel was great! We got the room with the jacuzzi and it was great! Very clean and beds are actually comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t great but we didn’t mind as we went elsewhere.

Nice room clean facility, however did not get to stay the night due to the entire third floor wreaking of pot. The staff was very friendly facility was clean, but obviously an issue with drug use at this hotel.

When I got in the room the first day I couldn’t shower because they didn’t have any hot water until the morning so I went to sleep without a shower after a long day of work , so I call to the front desk and they tell me their maintenance is working on it so the next day I get a room again because it was the best thing to do long story short I tell one of the woman that’s at the desk that I didn’t have hot water she tells me I should have came down there and complained l because everyone else did and got a refund first of all how do you give certain people a refund when you should have compisated everyone who was affected and on top of that they gave me a different room with no microwave I wanted to leave. But had no where to go I would love to get my money back for both nights and they lady that was dressed up was extremely rude and I worked a double last night and asked can I check out at 2:00 pm and she was rude and said no I didn’t get back to the hotel last night until 4:30 am and left at 11:00 am and the workers were super loud very early like really loud she basically treated me like trash because she figured there is nothing I can do

Good for a one night stay while traveling. The room was fairly clean but just could use a deep clean if hotels even do that. The bed linens were fine and other than needing the floor swept the bathroom was fine. I’d stay there again when passing through.
