"The older redhead front desk lady needs to retire ASAP because her attitude is horrible. I literally had a very simple question about the curtains not closing as it was affecting my sleep and her response was “I don’t know, do you want me to call an engineer?” I again asked nicely if the curtains are just for decoration or are they able to close at all and she cut me off to reply with “I just said I don’t know, do you want me to send someone up to look at it?” I was kinda shocked by her abrupt...
"We arrived a few hours before check-in, and the front desk attendant kindly let us leave our luggage in the storage room until then. Our room and the shared bathroom were very clean, and there we did not have any issues with noises from other guests. There was noise from the street as expected, but it did not bother us, and there were ear plugs provided if we needed them. Overall, we had a pleasant stay for the few days we were here."
