"I've been coming to the Plaza for nearly 30 years. I used to live in NYC. I've been staying at a hotel for many years. The staff is incredible! The rooms are lovely! My only complaint is that each year there are fewer and fewer vegetarian options. They took the Impossible Burger and the Tofu sandwich off the menu.
