Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

"The hotel was very clean and neat and the rooms were very well kept. However, the elevators were taking over 5-7 minutes to open their doors and they were full by the time they opened. At one point, we were 16 people inside an elevator. The restaurant food was also very good but the lines to go in for dinner or breakfast would take about 20-25 minutes, and then after seating, another 10-15 minutes for the (only waitress) to get our order."

"Hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and very friendly! The hotel has a Cafe on site to easily get breakfast, gluten free options available. Great location too! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Amazing location, right around the corner from Times Squares and easy walk to other sightseeing things and the subway station. Was worried about noise after reading other reviews because we are light sleepers, but we had no issues! No parking or valet available, but there are garages nearby that can be quite pricey"
