"The hotel itself was really nice and clean, but unfortunately, the food and drinks were not the best at all. I would rate both about a 4/10. The prices during the summer are also outrageous, especially considering that the resort is not all-inclusive. As for the spa, I would give the overall experience a 5/10. The pool area is extremely small for the amount of guests they accommodate. They also give you about 2 hours to enjoy and explore the amenities, which felt very limited considering the price. Overall, the hotel was beautiful and clean, but the food, drinks, spa experience, and pricing could definitely be improved."

"I stayed in the South tower. I love my room but I think they needed to vacuum and deep clean those rugs. I kept sneezing all the time. I booked two rooms and requested a conjoining room and they fulfilled my request. So I was very excited about that. Overall me and my family had an amazing time."

"Good location, fair service at checkin and no line, elevators were not too crowded and fast, decent gym, nice pool with a little jacuzzi next to it. Problem was housekeeping slamming on the doors at 9 Saturday morning. And we were there two days hoping to get a refresh on towels and coffee but no go."
