"The room was clean and well-supplied. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and accommodating. I had left my phone in a cab, and the doorman was my point guy for contacting the driver and ensuring he brought my phone back quickly. I was terrified at first, but he was so instrumental in resolving the issue. We also really loved the Tick Tock Diner and ate there three times. I will be sure to return for my next trip to NYC."

"I liked that it was right on the boardwalk, the arcade and other stuff for the kids were great. Have a lot of fun things for kids to do, loved the ocean view. I didn’t like the check in process I waited in line 35 minutes due to only 2 girls at the front desk until another 2 girls came and help. There were no soap, shampoo or conditioner in our room, air dryer wasn’t working neither and the air conditioning should be a little more efficient and the elevators kept having issues so most nights it was 4 out of 6 working."
