"The hotel was clean and we had a good ocean view from the room. There are issues with the elevator and by the end of the 3 days I think we could be certified elevator techs. A couple of times we got to our floor and the outer door of the elevator would not open. This happened randomly and on different elevators each time. We problem solved and rode the elevator to another floor above which saw the doors opening completely and us able to exit the elevator and either catch another one or walk down one flight of stairs to our floor. It gets annoying when you are trying to travel with bags or suitcases and the elevator won’t open on the proper floor all the way. The waterpark also could use a little more organization. There are no rules of how many times people can ride around the lazy river and so the entries of the lazy river are chaotic with people grabbing tubes and throwing tubes all over. Also there were people who grabbed double person tubes and stacked them for one person which meant others couldn’t get on the lazy river. That could use some more policing. Otherwise it was great. Great location right on the boardwalk, easy access to everything! Lots to do within the hotel as well!"

"The hotel was clean and quiet and allowed easy access to both MSG and Penn station. The staff was kind and welcoming, especially Muhammad. He was the receptionist and he took exceptional care of my party. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience that much better! Highly recommend."
