"The property is very clean and appealing. The food options are plenty and delicious. However, I have 2 not so positive comments. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all. He was almost like a robot. He repeated what he wanted to say several times at a high speed even though we asked him to repeat slowly and explain. He did not. Second, why are all 3 pools (1 outdoor and 2 indoors) closed Monday through Thursday? And after a long walk arriving at one, we find it closed with a sign directing us to go to the other one, only to arrive there and find it closed with another sign directing us to go to the first pool. Luckily the beach was open. Thank you and see you again soon."

"The entire experience was awesome. There was no long wait time to check in. The concierges were outstanding. They gave us excellent ideas for dinner, tours, breakfast and more. They even escorted us to locations within walking distance of the hotel. Our visit was awesome and I’m sure we will visit again."

"Great place to crash. Unfortunately, the upper bunk TV did not work, nor the reading light in the upper bunk. My son and I are both over 6ft tall, so the beds were ok, but we couldn't stretch out all the way. Overall, convenient, economical, and it served it's purpose as a place to stay!"

"The check in line was ridiculously long. I’ve never seen anything like this. They need more check-in staff. You could not leave your luggage upon arrival before check-in - you had to wait in line to get a tag, which is also ridiculous. The elevators are very old, and there’s no indication of what floor you are on when they open. The size of the room was fine for two people, NY-sized. Small bathroom but full sized tub. Good hairdryer. The shampoo and shower gel were empty when we got to the room but the front desk fixed it as soon as we told them. Safe in the room was non functioning which was probably my biggest concern. No fridge although apparently you can request one for $40. Good blackout blinds. Comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. Air conditioning worked great, if not a little noisy. Walls are a terrible green color. Staff was very helpful. Ordered a dirty martini at the bar and they had no olive juice. Great location."
