"No breakfast"

"The room was nowhere near as nice as expected. The people that checked us in, were clearly not enjoying being there at all. The bellhop was supposed to come help us bring our luggage down because they wouldn't allow us to use the luggage cart, we waited 45 minutes and they never came so we end up having to carry everything down from the 42nd floor. Definitely not an experience that you would want me to share with everyone else"

"The Hyatt at Grand Central is located in the perfect spot! The hotel staff is always very accommodating and the rooms are clean!"

"The property it self was clean , once I walked into Sheraton I thought everything was great the staff were telling us we get a $35 every night we stay we can use it at the bar , Starbucks , or there restaurant we’ll let me tell you they didn’t tell us Starbucks was in the hotel there communication wasn’t great maybe because they saw me and my boyfriend young not sure happens a lot to us , second night we get back to freshen up at our hotel and the tv was turning on and off I called guest services they quickly called Cesar for us let me tell you Cesar was Great he was so kind and kept saying sorry for the inconvenience he quickly moved us room mind you he was just the guy who service the tv and stuff we went down stair talked to some guy and I told him if he can do anything for that inconvenience we payed lots of money to stay at Sheraton top floor sky view floor 49 and he said no that the house keepers are in charge of the TV I thought that was ridiculous I wasn’t there to argue with him it was our first time in New York so I let him be , I loved New York but I would never stay at Sheraton again let me tell you it’s not Marriott experience ! "

"Their overall service was terrible. After told I had a double bed room had to pay when got to the property for an upgrade( money not planned to spend). So that in it self was a money grab on their part. Couldn’t get a bottle of water unless I was at a machine playing had to have a certain amount played in order to get that and it took 45 mins to receive by then which forced you to stay at one machine waiting, waitress was rude, wanted to get shuttle service to their other properties again was told I needed to have played and earned so many pts to ride, this was a free shuttle so why should I have to play at the hotel before going elsewhere. The thing is I thought I was maybe being a little harsh but after hearing other people when in the elevator complaining and saying things I experienced I was like ok so it wasn’t just me. Oh and they told us they were putting us in a newly renovated rooms was a joke. Anyway, I will NEVER stay at this property again!!!! "
