"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City for 3 nights, during Ester weekend. The location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. One of the best parts was the convenient shuttle service that takes you back and forth between the hotel and the park, it made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really feel how organized and attentive they are everything runs smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Universal Studios!"

"The water genuinely takes 30-45 mins to get warm in the shower. The rooms smell terrible. "

"Didn’t give us pillows when we ask for many many time No room were clean, they keep skipping our room every other day, the Landry room was broken, and thier breakfast, I found a hair in my eggs, not booking them again. The lady in the front desk were trying to make us feel like we weren’t guest. Pool not even clean. And they call themself the best hotel by the airport. Yeah good luck "
