"1 night stay for work purposes. Great little room, it had everything needed. Bed a little squeaky but for 1 night it was fine. Very clean and welcoming, good location and managed to park easily."

"The location is perfect for driver or by train. The public parking lot, Co op, Chip shop, train station and high street are within 5 minutes away. The newly renovated room is brilliant, clean and modern. There maybe a bit traffic in early morning. Earbuds will sort it out. I almost forgot the staff was so helpful n friendly and the food downstairs was yummy n good price"

"The property is a bit dated, but very clean. We ate at the onsite restaurant which was welcome. Good was warm and plentiful. Hubby really loved the carvery. We had a mix up over breakfast - we didn’t realise you had to order it the previous evening - but the manager was wonderful and had prepared everything anyway. Restaurant was quite loud (I think there was a large family in) but the hotel itself was quiet overnight. The shower water was lovely and hot, and we appreciated the tea and coffee supplies in the room. Would stay there again."

"It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay"
