"Stayed April 8–10, 2026. Very nice hotel in an excellent, highly walkable location. We booked through Expedia and got a slight discount, but pricing is still on the higher end, which fits the area.
We stayed two nights with our two kids in an Executive King Suite with a sofa bed. The room was a great size for a family of four and never felt cramped. Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and quick to help, and brought extra blankets and pillows right away.
Parking is valet only at...

"No microwave, cold pool, elevators broke people got trapped we climbed so many stairs. A homeless man lived in the alley you had walk through to travel. The ceilings were just concrete with weird chalk on them the Window covering gets stuck when you use it we had to put it on track to use it. When you call on the room phone for service you talk to an automated machine for awhile, "

"The property is very clean and staff is wonderful and responsive. The property is starting to show its age some. Shower head sprayed all over the bathroom and handle fell off the bathroom sink. Staff immediately fixed the sink handle, but we had to tie a wash cloth around the back of the shower head to keep it from soaking the floor and toilet, including the toilet paper."

"Modern hotel, took a quick minute to figure out lighting, A/C. Everything was great. Very nice place. Rooftop and lobby bar super nice. Only one minor complaint. My coffee maker wasn’t working so I went to the included breakfast to grab coffee. The host would not let me take coffee back to my room, my only option was to be seated and drink it in the restaurant. I had a teen alone in the room so I just went back to the room. Seemed very silly to not allow my to take coffee to my room. "

"Great location near the Loop and River North. Larger than average room with two double beds. Maybe I'm weird but I also judge a room by how great the shower performs; this one was really great, lots of pressure and hot water on demand. Access to the CTA trains via skywalk to the Merchandise Mart is really nice. Nice large indoor pool too. Great lobby with a big bar & restaurant. We did not eat there but lots of people took advantage of their buffet."
